Our item(s) usually ship within 5-7 business days. However, there may be exceptions which are listed below.
It is our mission to deliver a smooth elegant product to you. Please keep in mind that epoxy can dry uneven, wavy, or not cure at all. Therefore, our turn around time will be 4-6 weeks.

We will keep you updated with pictures, through email, as the product moves through its stages of completion.

Once your item(s) is paid for, you have 10 days to respond to my email. Which we will send after purchase to verify how you would like to customize your item(s). If I do not receive a response, we will go ahead and issue a refund.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at Mysteriousjarsllc@outlook.com.
Once you receive your item and you do not like the end results, you have 30 days to ship back item(s) so we can redo it. If you still do not like the item(s) after the second attempt, a full refund will be issued.

Disclaimer:
All soap dispenser jars are made with real glass, if it breaks in shipment, please email a picture of the damaged item(s) and proceed to throw out the whole box with the item inside! Please do not try to pick up broken pieces of glass!
Soap is not included with the soap dispenser jars. You may put anything inside of the jar like soap, lotion, etc.

Attention
Your tumbler cup and soap dispenser jar has been made with care, love, and attention to details. Handmade items may encompass small imperfections making your cup unique to you.
While epoxy is long-lasting it is not shatter proof or immune against extreme heat.
