3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items must be reviewed carefully before placing your order. Once submitted, we are not responsible for errors such as misspellings, incorrect dates, or design choices provided by the customer.
4. Order Processing & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
Shipping is 3 -5 weeks for tumblers and same day to 1 business day for coffee mugs and UV DTF wraps.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already started and changes cannot be guaranteed.
